Description + Metrics: The Ruta 160 Highway is an 89 km limited-access 2-lane highway concession, from Tres Pinos to the North Access of the Coronel commune, located in the Bío-Bío Region.
40 year concession contract.
2 sections:
Section A: North access from Coronel to Ramadillas in the commune of Arauco, shadow toll, 47.60 km
Section B: From Ramadillas to Tres Pinos in the commune of Los Alamos, 41.30 km

Demand: Analysis of historical patterns and trends of users and statistical analysis against macro and microstrategic explanatory variables. Preparation and definition of infrastructure user projections, including the development of scenarios and specific singularities per project.

Technique: Study and review of the technical and operational conditions of the infrastructure.
Monitoring of the evolution of the project and compliance with the operational requirements contractually required.
Assessment of the Opex and Capex projections of the concession company and estimation of adjustments and sensitivities.
Compliance with KPIs from the point of view of the ordinary operation of the asset, ESG and the reversal at the end of the concession contract.
