Description + Metrics: Concession contract for 2 light metro lines in Madrid (ML2 and ML3) with a length of 20 km, 25 vehicles and 30 stations, connecting Madrid and the municipalities of Boadilla del Monte, Alcorcón and Pozuelo de Alarcón with the Metro network , Cercanías and buses of the Community of Madrid. More than 22 million kilometers traveled and population of influence 200,000 inhabitants.

Demand: Advice in the non-binding offer delivery phase (NBO – No Bidding Offer).
Analysis of historical patterns and trends of users and statistical analysis against macro and microstrategic explanatory variables. Preparation and definition of infrastructure user projections, including the development of scenarios and specific singularities per project.
