Description + Metrics: Concession contract for the drafting of the project, construction and operation of the “Complejo Universitario Hospitalario de Toledo (CHUT)”, which consisted of a health complex made up of: a) ‘Hospital Universitario de Toledo’ and b) the following centers included in the old Toledo Health Complex: ‘Virgen del Valle Hospital’, ‘Toledo Provincial Hospital’, San Ildefonso (Toledo) CEDTs (specialty centres), ‘Illescas’, ‘Torrijos’ and ‘Ocaña’ and peripheral units located in the Former National Hospital for Paraplegics.

Technique: Study and review of the technical and operational conditions of the infrastructure.
Monitoring of the evolution of the project and compliance with the operational requirements contractually required.
Assessment of the Opex and Capex projections of the concession company and estimation of adjustments and sensitivities.
Compliance with KPIs from the point of view of the ordinary operation of the asset, ESG and the reversal at the end of the concession contract.
