Description + Metrics: Rehabilitation of the Church of Sant Pau and the Claretian convent, built in the 18th century, to be used as the Headquarters of the Lleida Municipal School of Fine Arts. Building with 8 floors and 1,700 m². Concession contract 25 years.

Asset management: Support in the management and development of the concession contract (Project Finance – PPP).
Monitoring of the evolution of the main magnitudes of the project, from the point of view of the operation of the infrastructure and the fulfillment of technical and economic objectives. Daily assistance in the ordinary management of the concessionaire company and representation on the Board of Directors.
