Description + Metrics: The Central Railroad Project consists of a 273 km long railway in central Uruguay that connects the city of Paso de los Toros with the Port of Montevideo.
The railway allows its use by trains carrying up to 22.5 tons per axle at 80 km/h.
The project includes a 26 km long double track, 12 secondary crossing roads, an industrial access road and more than 40 bridges that will be improved or built.
The term of the Concession is 18 years.

Technique: Advice for financing entities of the project.
Study and review of the technical and operational conditions of the infrastructure.
Monitoring of the evolution of the project and compliance with the operational requirements contractually required.
Assessment of the OpEx and CapEx projections of the concession company and estimation of adjustments and sensitivities.
Compliance with KPIs from the point of view of the ordinary operation of the asset, ESG and the reversal at the end of the concession contract.
Assessment of the insurance scheme provided for in the project.
