Description + Metrics: The Penitentiary Center has the capacity to house 1,174 inmates, distributed in 620 cells. The Project comprises 17 buildings and more than 61 km² of constructed area, with external equipment such as a swimming pool, talks, workshops, among other educational and cultural activities. Concession contract 32 years.

Technique: Study and review of the technical and operational conditions of the infrastructure.
Monitoring of the evolution of the project and compliance with the operational requirements contractually required.
Assessment of the Opex and Capex projections of the concession company and estimation of adjustments and sensitivities.
Compliance with KPIs from the point of view of the ordinary operation of the asset, ESG and the reversal at the end of the concession contract.
