Description + Metrics: The Baixo Alentejo Sub-concession was awarded, on January 31, 2009, to SPER – Sociedade Portuguesa para a Construção e Exploração Rodoviária, S.A.
Initially consisting of 342 km, it provided for the construction, conservation, exploitation, requalification of several sections, including 68 km in highway profile.
Currently, the Baixo Alentejo Sub-concession includes the sections of IP2, Nó do Ramal/Beja and Beja/Castro Verde (A2/IP1), with an approximate extension of 113 km.
Concession contract until 2039.

Demand: Analysis of the feasibility of the expansion project, in collaboration with the company that owns the asset
Analysis of historical patterns and trends of users and statistical analysis against macro and microstrategic explanatory variables.
Preparation and definition of infrastructure user projections, including the development of scenarios and specific singularities per project.

Technique: Study and review of the technical and operational conditions of the infrastructure.
Monitoring of the evolution of the project and compliance with the operational requirements contractually required.
Assessment of the OpEx and CapEx projections of the concession company and estimation of adjustments and sensitivities.
Compliance with KPIs from the point of view of the ordinary operation of the asset, ESG and the reversal at the end of the concession contract.
