Description + Metrics: The Douro Interior sub-concession includes two axes: IC5 – between Murça/Alijó and Miranda do Douro – and IP2 – between Braganza and Guardia. With a total length of 242 km, of which 20 km are motorways, these two road axes improve access to the main municipalities of the region, connecting the districts of Vila Real, Bragança and Guarda.

The Pinhal Interior sub-concession whose main axes are the A13, which links Tomar with Condeixa, and the A13-1, which links Condeixa with the A1.
The sub-concession contract includes the conception, design, construction, expansion of lanes, financing, exploration and conservation, for a term of 30 years.

Demand: Analysis of the feasibility of the expansion project, in collaboration with the company that owns the asset
Analysis of historical patterns and trends of users and statistical analysis against macro and microstrategic explanatory variables.
Preparation and definition of infrastructure user projections, including the development of scenarios and specific singularities per project.

Technique: Study and review of the technical and operational conditions of the infrastructure.
Monitoring of the evolution of the project and compliance with the operational requirements contractually required.
Assessment of the OpEx and CapEx projections of the concession company and estimation of adjustments and sensitivities.
Compliance with KPIs from the point of view of the ordinary operation of the asset, ESG and the reversal at the end of the concession contract.
