Asset management: Support in the management and development of the concession contract (Project Finance – PPP).
Monitoring of the evolution of the main magnitudes of the project, from the point of view of the operation of the infrastructure and the fulfillment of technical and economic objectives. Daily assistance in the ordinary management of the concessionary company.
