Description + Metrics: The Mas d’Enric Penitentiary Center (28 hectares) has the capacity to house up to 1,020 inmates distributed in 218 cells and 7 buildings or modules, two of which are for women and young inmates (up to 21 years of age). Additionally, the Project includes more than 5,000 m² of facilities for internal services such as sports, conferences, workshops and/or other educational or cultural activities.

Technique: Study and review of the technical and operational conditions of the infrastructure.
Monitoring of the evolution of the project and compliance with the operational requirements contractually required.
Assessment of the Opex and Capex projections of the concession company and estimation of adjustments and sensitivities.
Compliance with KPIs from the point of view of the ordinary operation of the asset, ESG and the reversal at the end of the concession contract.
