Description + Metrics: The Superstrada Pedemontana Veneta (“SPV”) is a 162.9 km toll road in the Veneto region of north-eastern Italy. The SPV is designed to increase accessibility to area municipalities and improve traffic conditions on the national, regional and local highway network. The toll road connects 34 municipalities, as well as the main industrial areas of Vicenza and Treviso.

Demand: Advice in the non-binding offer delivery phase (NBO – No Bidding Offer).
Analysis of the feasibility of the expansion project, in collaboration with the company that owns the asset.
Analysis of historical patterns and trends of users and statistical analysis against macro and microstrategic explanatory variables.
Preparation and definition of infrastructure user projections, including the development of scenarios and specific singularities per project.

Technique: Advice in the non-binding offer delivery phase (NBO – No Bidding Offer).
Study and review of the technical and operational conditions of the infrastructure.
Monitoring of the evolution of the project and compliance with the operational requirements contractually required.
Assessment of the Opex and Capex projections of the concession company and estimation of adjustments and sensitivities.
Compliance with KPIs from the point of view of the ordinary operation of the asset, ESG and the reversal at the end of the concession contract.
