Description + Metrics: Brisa – Autoestradas de Portugal is a company specialized in highway management, founded in 1972. Project consisting of the sale of 5 highways: Brisa Concessão Rodoviária (BCR); Auto-Estradas do Atlántico (AEA); Central Coastal Concession (Brisal); Sub-concession Litoral Oeste (AELO); Sucessão Auto-Estradas do Baixo Tejo (AEBT). Actual tolls and availability payments – 1500 km.

Demand: Analysis of historical patterns and trends of users and statistical analysis against macro and microstrategic explanatory variables. Preparation and definition of infrastructure user projections, including the development of scenarios and specific singularities per project.

Technique: Study and review of the technical and operational conditions of the infrastructure. Monitoring of the evolution of the project and compliance with the operational requirements contractually required. Assessment of the OpEx and CapEx projections of the concession company and estimation of adjustments and sensitivities. Compliance with KPIs from the point of view of the ordinary operation of the asset, ESG and the reversal at the end of the concession contract.
