Description + Metrics: The Murcia Tram is a light metro network that runs through the city of Murcia (Spain) connecting the north with the center. It consists of a single line that runs approximately 19 kilometers in length and has 29 stations along its route. It provides a service to several districts in the north of Murcia, connecting key areas such as the Espinardo Campus of the University of Murcia, the UCAM in Guadalupe or the shopping centers around the Nueva Condomina Stadium with the city center. Approximately 7 million users/year.

Demand: Analysis of historical patterns and trends of users and statistical analysis against macro and microstrategic explanatory variables. Preparation and definition of infrastructure user projections, including the development of scenarios and specific singularities per project.

Technique: Study and review of the technical and operational conditions of the infrastructure.
Monitoring of the evolution of the project and compliance with the operational requirements contractually required.
Assessment of the OpEx and CapEx projections of the concession company and estimation of adjustments and sensitivities.
Compliance with KPIs from the point of view of the ordinary operation of the asset, ESG and the reversal at the end of the concession contract.
