Description + Metrics: Highway concession contract consisting of three main axes: “The South Axis”, from Ponta Delgada to Vila Franca do Campo, “The South to North Axis”, from Lagoa to Ribeira Grande, and “The Northeast Axis”, from Ribeira Grande to northeast . Likewise, the object of the contract also includes the service and leisure areas adjacent to the road.

Demand: Analysis of historical patterns and trends of users and statistical analysis against macro and microstrategic explanatory variables. Preparation and definition of infrastructure user projections, including the development of scenarios and specific singularities per project.

Technique: Study and review of the technical and operational conditions of the infrastructure.
Monitoring of the evolution of the project and compliance with the operational requirements contractually required.
Assessment of the OpEx and CapEx projections of the concession company and estimation of adjustments and sensitivities.
Compliance with KPIs from the point of view of the ordinary operation of the asset, ESG and the reversal at the end of the concession contract.
